General conditions of sale
These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by Green Doum, whose registered office is located in Marrakech, Morocco Fes Road, 9 KM. Registered in the Trade and Companies Register of Marrakech under number 104163, hereinafter referred to as “GREEN DOUM,” and managing the web site www.greendoum.com And, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.greendoum.com Hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.
Article 1. Object
These conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between Green Doum and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.greendoum.com. The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to his order. Before any transaction, the buyer declares on the one hand that the purchase of products on the www.greendoum.com website is not directly related to its professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use and, on the other hand, has full legal capacity, allowing it to commit under these general conditions of sale.
Green Doum retains the possibility to modify these conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or for the purpose of improving the use of its site. As a result, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.
Article 2. Products
The products offered are those listed on the Green Doum company website, within the limits of available stocks. The company reserves the right to modify the product range at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description showing its main characteristics (patterns, shapes, colors, etc.). Green Doum offers handmade products, which leads to a slight difference in terms of finish, size, etc.; each product we manufacture is unique.
It may happen that we cannot fulfill an order. In this case, you will be quickly informed.
All product information and specifications presented by Green Doum are provided for informational purposes only, and we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.
We strive to present as accurate images as possible on our website, but there may be slight variations from the actual product due to the handmade nature of our products. (Note: THE MEASURES ARE APPROXIMATE.)
Article 3: Rates
The prices appear on the product sheets of the internet catalog and are prices in euros (€), US dollars ($), and Moroccan dirhams (DHS), all taxes included (TTC), taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in VAT may be passed on to the price of the products. Green Doum reserves the right to change its prices at any time. It is understood, however, that the price in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
Any order placed on the site and delivered outside the Kingdom of Morocco may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties that are imposed when the package reaches its destination.
Green Doum is not required to check and inform the buyer of applicable customs duties and taxes.
All our prices include value-added tax (VAT) at the rate in force in the Kingdom of Morocco.
Article 4: Order and payment methods
To place an order, the customer must connect to the site, www.greendoum.com.
During his first order, the customer has the choice between registering via the creation of an account or without registration.
At each visit, the buyer, if he wishes to order or consult his account (order status, profile, etc.), must identify himself using this information (username and password).
Green Doum offers the buyer to order and pay for his products in several steps by paying by credit card.
- Secure payment by credit card: The buyer selects the products he wishes to order in the “basket,” modifies, if necessary (quantities, references, etc.), checks the delivery address, or fills in a new one. Then, the shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer. Then, the buyer chooses the payment method: “Payment by credit card.” The next step offers him to check all the information, read, and accept these general conditions of sale by checking the corresponding box, then invites him to validate his order by clicking on the “Confirm my order” button. Finally, the buyer is redirected to the secure interface in order to securely fill in his credit card references. If the payment is accepted, the order is registered, and the contract is definitively formed. A payment made by Card Banking East is irrevocable.
The confirmation of an order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, the recognition of having perfect knowledge of them, and a waiver to avail itself of its own conditions of purchase. All the data provided and the confirmation registered will be proof of the transaction. If the buyer has an email address and has entered it on his order form, Green Doum will send him by email the confirmation of the registration of his order.
Items will only be shipped after receipt and online authorization of full payment by MasterCard® SecureCode or VerifiedBy Visa®.

Article 5. Retention of title
Green Doum retains full ownership of the products sold until the price is perfectly collected.
Article 6. Retraction
The buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.
If Green Doum has already accepted your order (confirmation sent by e-mail upon receipt of the order) and you wish to cancel it, you have the possibility to do so within 24 hours of our acceptance. If you have already received the goods and they are not suitable for you, you must return them at your own expense and under your own responsibility. Please note that the initial shipping costs will not be refunded, except in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect goods. It is imperative that you report any problems to us within 48 working hours of receiving the goods. If the goods are returned in the original condition in which we provided them, we will refund all the amounts paid, less the costs. Green Doum reserves the right to deduct 20% of the refund amount in the event of unusual behavior related to orders or returns.
These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights as a consumer. If the goods arrive damaged or defective, the return costs of the party concerned to Green Doum will be borne by us. Please contact us to arrange the return. Your complaint will be processed within 2 working days, and we will keep you informed of the progress of the process. Green Doum will credit damaged or defective items only after receiving the goods in good condition. We accept returns and make full refunds only if the products have not been altered or opened. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of accepting the refund.
Article 7. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form. Orders are delivered by DHL, a delivery service with tracking, with or without signature, depending on the recipient country. Delivery times are given for information purposes only; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the contract of sale may be terminated and the buyer refunded. Green Doum will be able to provide the buyer by email with the tracking number of his package in order to track it. The buyer is delivered to his home. The risks related to transport are the responsibility of the buyer from the moment the items leave the premises of Green Doum. The buyer is required to check, in the presence of the delivery person, the condition of the packaging of the goods and their contents on delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within 48 hours of delivery.
Green Doum cannot be held responsible for customs seizures or additional duties imposed by local authorities on items ordered.
If you need to modify an order or a delivery address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to make the changes before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once the order is being processed.
Article 8. Liability
The Green Doum Company, in the distance selling process, is bound only by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network, such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, interruption of service, or other involuntary problems.
Article 9. Intellectual property
All elements of the www.greendoum.com website are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Green Doum. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the if, whether they are in the form of a photo, logo, visual, or text.
