Delivery
We undertake to ship the package upon receipt of your order and deliver it to you in a package adapted to the product.
The deadlines for Europe are between 3 and 10 working days from the date of the order.
For the USA and Canada, allow 7 to 12 working days from the placing of the order.
Orders are delivered via our logistics provider, DHL.
We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes.

Return
The customer has a right of withdrawal that he can exercise without penalty within 14 (fifteen) days from the date of arrival of the items at the delivery address.
The customer must send an email to [email protected] indicating his name or first name, his date of purchase, the details of the products he wishes to return, and the reason for this return.
In the event of an item return, the customer is responsible for the return status of the returned items and bears the return costs; ‘no package will be accepted in postage due.”
Only new products will be accepted for return (in their original packaging, unworn, unused, unaltered, undamaged, and accompanied by all possible accessories). Opened, damaged, or customer-damaged products will not be accepted for return.
You have 48 hours following the delivery of your package to report any problems with it. Beyond these 48 hours, we will not be able to accept or take your complaint into consideration.

Refund
Green Doum undertakes to reimburse the customer after verification of the conformity of the returned products.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss of value is the responsibility of the buyer.
From the date of receipt of your return package, your refund will be processed by Green Doum within 30 days.
Any special order or pre-order will not be taken back, exchanged, or refunded.
